I need to get at the heater tap as the lever is stuck on hot. Probably tap fused with rust. Dont need to get it out hopefully, just enough access so I can give it a good soaking with WD. Anyone know how to get behind the heater cover?

The heater tap is under the bonnet on the firewall. It's not anything to do with the heater box.

It's near the brake master cylinder.
