The Grand Vitara Is in the process of a 50mm body lift. The kit comes with all the blocks for the body and rear bumper, but not the front bumper. Anyone got any ideas on a budget friendly solution for the front bumper? Don't want to leave a massive 50mm gap really, neither do I want to spend much on this car. pretty much everything I've done to it has been on the cheap and I'm enjoying doing it that way. Wouldn't be against fitting a front bar, but would have to be under $1000 and would have to be adjustable to suit the 50mm body lift ideally. |

Uneek 4x4 does a front bar, which I believe can accommodate a 50mm body lift - however, the price may be just outside of your budget - I think it's worth a look. |

Pull the plastic bar and just run the metal one like most yanks do |

Okay, not too drastic I figured that you have to cut the Fake Fog Lamp holders out, and cut out the upper grill plastics. Looks okay, and if I back it with some Ebay grill mesh i'll consider it finished. Also have to cut away a section around the front tow hitch for clearance and knock up a couple of brackets for the lower bumper mounts |
