Recommendations on a efficient radiator cooling a G16b with vit fan and a AW4 pushing 33's with a set of 6.5's. Will have a winch up front with a auto cooler in front of radiator.

Would rather spend the dollars on a good set up as opposed to running the red light on a cheap ass set up.

I'd agree. Stock radiator should be fine.

Stock 1.6 rad?

Stock 1.3.

The vitara radiator isn't a good fit in my opinion. I've seen it done but it needs to be offset and tilted which vastly complicates shroud fitment. The shroud and fan is more critical to cooling performance than the radiator size in my opinion.

Great. Complications is not what I'm after. Definitely understand the importance of the shroud, I'm over the top when it comes to the cooling system to the point where I buy the best concentrate and will only mix with demineralised water.

Coffs wheeling is slow and long and I've found a good operating cooling system is paramount especially in the warmer months.

Thanks for the replies.
