Is there a wrong freewheeling hub for my jimny as it seems to hard or costly to fix a seal in auto hub as you have to buy whole hub $666 each.I have looked on ebay and there are heaps but don't say for jimny after 1998 , mine is a 2002 model also is that all I need and gasket of course . Does anyone know where I can get a front wheel bearing hub besides genuine $223 as outer wheel bearing shell was moving inside hub housing no longer press in more like drop in. thanks in advance. |

I am not sure exactly what the question is but you can fit Sierra manual hubs to a Jimny. You need to either grind off thee metal rim that seals the vacuum hub or use a BenT adapter ring. You can find them in the advertisers section. They come with the longer bolts you will need. |

Glue the bearing in with locktight bearing glue and fit Sierra or vitara FW hubs. |

Would you have a pic of what to grind off thanks? |
