Have a customer whom has a problem with the alternator of his g13bb Jimny, original alternator was not working(maybe it was) so he has purchased a New one and fitted it. And it is still not working. the obvious have all been checked. So i was just wondering does the terminal connection wires go to any control module , relay, before getting to ECU?

What were the obvious checks?
Sounds like the field coils aren't getting voltage. Check the Field Coil lead has voltage with the ignition on and that it is connected to the right terminal on the alternator.

The field coils are connected to the ignition circuit with 1 wire. No ECU involved to manage the alt.
