Can anyone tell me the exact dimensions of the subframe bolts on an SQ GV? Bolt length, thread pitch, grade, shank length and thread length. Also what is the torque rating for this bolt?

If anyone has a spare one I can have that would be even better. I don't really want to pull one out to measure it.

There are 4 on each side, I'm not sure if they are the same sizes.

Umm - the SQ GV is a body-on-frame vehicle and has no "subframes", and therefore doesn't have subframe bolts - what are you describing as "subframes"?

From the parts manual the bolts are different lengths, 12 x 85mm and 12 x 105mm, I suspect they will be a 1.25 thread pitch, FSM shows the torque as 85Nm

Thanks.

I need to know if I can fit a 12mm plate under the bolt head and still have enough thread to hold it all together or will I need longer bolts. The plate is going to go on the inner bolts. Presumably these are the longer ones. Might have to see if I can feel how much thread comes through the nut.

Can't just undo 1 at a time?

I would expect you'll be getting longer bolts.
It's normal to have 3 or 4 threads past the nut, but I would expect 12-14mm past the nut is asking a bit much.

#2. Longer bolt time.
