If I was Nuts and decided that I wanted to get into Motorsport and that I wanted to do it in my 2006 Grand Vitara. Would there even be a way forward for this. And where would I look to find out more. And most importantly am I just being dumb? |

Motorsport? That is a broad spectrum of question to answer. Lots of different types of Motorsport to do. Why not expand on what you want to do? |

Offroad racing would need alot of susp mount strengthening and r&d on your part. Niaz on here and a few guys race a vitara in india and w.a. and do quite well. Keep in mind its one thing to race and another to be competitive |

You can enter in class 7 standard (production) car offroad racing. All you need is a ccda roll cage and saftey equipment. You compete against other standard cars so you should be reasonably competitive if you can drive and car holds together. But 4.8 patrols, evo pajeros, v8 cruisers ect... make the class quite competitive |

^ agree with Macca, we have local Autocross which is a full gravel circuit, lowered and some suspension stiffening it could be a good goer. |
