How will you handle maintenance, pads, parts etc down the line though? You might be better off finding something else that is available over there so you have parts availability. That Mazda was also sold as a Ford Laser and a few other variants too - maybe poke around there? |

First trip home by myself I got asked "do you have anything to declare?", I asked "like what?", the reply was "car parts, electrical stuff, that sort of thing" - I said I had car parts and the guy said show me - when he realized what I had was for one vehicle, he asked if it was for my personal vehicle and then explained he was only interested in "commercial quantities". |

This. Just make sure there is no grease or flammable stuff on the parts. Clean them well. Had some cams confiscated by customs once as there was a little oil smeared on them to prevent rust. Was pissed they took them, but your not going to argue. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Just another option. Put a ltr transfer brake on the back of the transfer. Change the uni yoke on the rear tail shaft transfer side to 1ltr (8mm), remove rear handbrake lines, then you can use sierra calipers in the rear. |
