2005 GV Auto H25A Engine.

Bought it a few years back with 160K KM on the clock, still going strong at 200K KM.

I have done the basic services every 10K (oil/oil filter/air filter) , and I did injectors, plugs, fuel filter and the oil and filter when I got it in 2013 at 160K KM.

Now it's at 200K km. I want to keep it for at least 3 more years, some off road, lots of longer trips. Some towing.

Should I take it in to an actual mechanic for a major service? If so - what do I need them to do? There are no rattles or anything, no issues at that I can see, I just want to make sure it lasts me reliably for 3 more years.

Check if the h25 needs valuable clearances checked like the h27.

Check that your Aircon is not leaking on the ECU under glovebox, is a must.

No (unusual) noises is good.
200,000km is about the mileage that timing chains can start to get a rattle on start up - involved job to sort that out.
Wheel bearings probably aren't that far away & are not really a DYI prospect.
The R/H/F driveshaft can get floppy at the diff end - there is a bush available as a retro fix.
Check engine & gearbox mounts & suspension bushes, flexible brake hoses.
Coolant & break fluid should be flushed / changed, as they don't seem to have been done for 4-5 years.
Sounds like it should easily do what you propose for the next 3 years.
My earlier (1999) SQ625 is still going well at 270,000km & does the long / towing / off road stuff admirably well.
