so im doing a power steering upgrade on my zook, my pulley is a 4 stud pattern and so i changed my cog and to a 5 stud and changed my cam pulley also (as the new one is round tooth)

anyways im trying to put my timing belt on and when i try and put it around the tensioner it puts the crank pulley out half a tooth

just wondering what im doing wrong, as the new belt has the same amount of teeth and same length

any advice is much appreciated
