Clutch problem.

I have a converted 2.5 vitara 95 lwb I’ve replaced the clutch with a HD h25a but since installing, its doesn’t engage and makes a whooshing sound as if there’s lots of air or clutch is permanently on. First I thought it was throw out bearing so dropped box out again, then I thought it could be master cylinder and slave cylinder as I had problems with bleeding and getting pressure as it only took not even 50ml of fluids. Car still makes big air noice on release of clutch still won’t engage a gear. Car starts in gear without clutch.

Not certain which box is in the car or if there’s a difference in h20 - h25a clutches
