Hi i have a 1991 suzuki vitara 2 door withba g16a motor in it and have just bought a new alternator for it and everything fits fine the plugs were the same round plugs except when i went to plug it in there was an extra plastic lip kinda thing around the outside and the new alternator dosent have room for this, ive seen on pictures and ebay and stuff thay new plugs dont have this lip and is just a straight round plug, i was wondering if the ones with the lips have any different wiring in them at all because i was thinking of just breaking off the lip on the old plug so that it will go in?
