Hi guys, have done a search and cant seem to find what I need, Wanted to change the diff oil on my jimny, and its the same 10mm square plug hole that was on my vitara, On the vitara I used a 3/8 socket and stripped the thing..... does anyone know where I can buy, or tell me the name of what im looking for? I'm picturing a 10mm square block that I can attach to my socket ratchet. can't seem to find anything? MUCH MUCH appreciate it, I don't want to strip these ones again. |

I have the Supercheap kit...and use a 20 inch breaker bar with adapter on it ...haven't broken any of the bits yet. Have a diesel Nissan Patrol which has alloy gearbox and transfer ...with steel bungs ...which can nip up tighter over time...and the right size square is a godsend here...plus owned A Peugeot 505 before the GV...and it had smaller squares too....and especially the diff plugs were a real bitch to undo....but with the right tool...it always worked. GV is under extended warranty. servicing ....so wont find out about it much for a few years yet Cheers Keith |
