I am changing the one litre motor and 4 speed gearbox on my latest Sierra to a 1.3- 5 speed from another Sierra it is the switched box 1984 model 1 litre, the changeover gearbox has 3 switches one is the reverse light what are the other two i think they may be something to do with the pollution set up if so are they necessary to be connected to run ok .I appreciate your help thanks in anticipation.

Other two control Vacuum Switching Valves when in 4th and 5th gear. Needed if you are still running the original 1.3 carb and need to satisfy emissions for engineering sign-off.
