Hi all, aint seen me for a while. Went to a car show tonight with my LJ and had way too much fun to continue on selling it. Because my motor came from a front cut there was no evidence of the O2 sensor but I'm sure it existed. The car runs well but very rich and I'm thinking the lack of a sensor could be the cause. I have one wire on the loom unexplained (blue) and am thinking this could be for a one wire oxygen sensor.
Please share your wisdom, thank you.

They don't run an oxygen sensor and yes they do run very rich.

So I fitted the sensor, located the sender and for the first time I can drive down the road not smelling like a fuel leak. Car runs so much better too. Thanks

Interesting. My f6A came with a complete factory dump pipe and piping - there was no provision for an 02 sensor, nor was there an unused plug or loom provision. do you have photos of the wiring?
