Hi Guys,

Has anyone in QLD gone through the lane change test on a SJ50, i've got 2" suspension and 2" body lift. To get it plated it needs to do the test and im worried that it wont pass. Any advice or experiences are appreciated.

Drop the suspension lift down so you don’t have to do the test. It’s not like the lift is making anything better.

Unfortunately, any sort of body lift in QLD now requires a modplate/lane change test.
I bought the car with the lift already on it and don't want to fiddle around, plus I just like the way it looks with the extra lift.

Well you’ll be “fiddling around” plenty if it fails the lane change.

Take the lift out.
