Hi I'm trying to find information on the Jimny 2015 fuel tank vent system if it has one.
I notice a positive pressure release when I open the filler cap.
Is there a Evaporative emission control system on the Jimny 2015 ?

Every vehicle since the early eighties or something (maybe earlier?) has an evaporative emissions system.

Fuel cap has a one way breather in it so the volume of air increases in the tank as fuel is used. All fuel tank vapour is drawn through the carbon canister and burned in the engine.
