I have an alternator which I am told is off a Sierra. Round plug with 3 male spade terminals like this |_| but with the _ at the top. I dont have the plug so I dont know the wire colours. No marking on the alternator either. Its going onto a tractor so does anyone know how to wire it up? A hand sketch would be awesome. Thanks.

The plug and it's connectors are an industry standard - google will get you what each connector does, and you can buy replacement plugs.
