Post subject:  the hose to no where

working on the vitara today i noticed a hose between the back to the motor and the firewall that just ends? i can seem to see where it connects to?

this is a lwb vitara 93

any help would be greatly aprreaicated

gearbox and transfer breather, supposed to have a cap on it but totally normal
