Took the car to the mechanics and found what the problem was.
It wasnt the transmission it was my universal joint in my drivshaft.
so im up for a new drivshaft :x

Better a new driveshaft than a new gearbox ;)

yep had this happen recently to.. out of curiosity.. was it the input shaft uni!?? mine was.. the C clip decided to go awol, and the uni cap tried doing the same.. lucky the gearbox had a different idea and stood its ground...while copping a grinding.. ouch :(

I put the new uni in and noticed a lil bit of slack once the clips were in so im going to have to tear it out soon and swap it for the WT one iv got sitting as a spare...

fwiw if one has gone.. its probably adviseable to replace the rest of em ;)
