I'v got the clutch now and seen what they retail for. i got it for $250 they retail at $375 and my mates installing it or $80 including flywheel machined. so its not a bad price.

Think that price is not too bad. I got quoted $230 for the same clutch from my little Asian supplier in Cabramatta, but he usually is cheaper than everbody else, which is why I keep going back to him.
