it would be nice to remove my bodylift but i dont know if its going to be worth it. PRO- lower COG less things to get defected on may i say safer? NEG- 150usd for the kit to lower the engine (1.6) bar work will probably need to be moded (again) to suit 2inch lower and to fit my lights in. winch will have to be moved forward to clear the body shock towers might hit the body, if so then a BFH to knock the top gaurds out. time to do it all? there are more NEGs but would it be worth removing it |

Yes, only cause i don't need to do the work.... On my Vitara I have just gone from 3" spring & 3" body lift on 31's down to 3" spring & 2" body lift on 31's. It feels way less tippy, but my tyres rub like mother fuckers now! |

I've seen your car and I reckon it looks pretty good. Certainly caught my eye, but on the other hand as you mentioned taking the bodylift out will lower the cog and lowering the engine will lower the cog just that bit more, which means more stability. If your happy with the way it handles offroad currnetly, then I'd probably leave it the way it is, but if you shit yourself everytime it's on an angle, then lower it. |

If you drive accordingly and feel safe leave it in until you get defected for it. Thats alot of effort to go through to lower it. Maybe invest in more offset rims? |

i havent got any side on pics. the frotn springs are dead flat and the rears have a little bit of an arc (will be pulling leaves out soon to get it flat) it is alot of work but how much of a difference will it realy make? |

well, i would say no. work out the weight of you're body, then all you're chassis and driveline line components. by removing the 50mm bodylift you may onle be affecting the c of g about 15 to 20mm if that. |
