hi i was wondering when fitting commodore shocks to a lwb vitara do u need a new bolt on the bottom part for the shock? as mine dont fit throught the commodore shock |

push out the roll sleeve from the bottom bush in the vitara shock & insert into the commonwhore shock after removing the commonwhore one. a vice & a couple of sockets will make this easier. |

What brand do you have Tombutt? Damo had the same problem but mine fitted straight on |

mine were fine as well. i used KYB vs wagon rears. maybe the vits have smaller pins. |

i just did this with monroe commo shocks.. i had to shave a bit off the bush out to get the vitara sleeve in as it was just pusting the bush out. and i had to belt a screwdriver around the sleeve in the vitara shock to get it out. |

um i have gabriel (dont think tats spelt right) they are jsut the super cheap ones and the bolts in a vitara at too big to go throught commodore bushing. deffinatly a worth while mod the flex is awesome |

i hope you're running extra long coils as they might fall out & bumpstop extensions would be a good idea... |
