I'm in the process of replacing my suspension and have discovered a bent shackle. Without spending a fortune, should I just replace them it with an oem shackle or are there any heavy duty shackles available which are a direct replacement but beefier?

Do you really need heavy duty shackles?

I guess most people might advise you to get extended shackles instead, but if you don't really need them i wouldn't. I'd just replace the stocker ones, because how often do you bend shackles?

Shit, same as the one's Lance used to sell, slightly narrower & the bolt's on the fixed side walk out, but i was rather hard on them.

oops, just to clarify, the suzistore ones look really good, but i have seen different ones on ebay, which i am not sure about.
