I run a set of 1.5" spacers and love them, BUT I only have them cause I love Bathurst Globe mags even more and the only set I could find are 15x7 with almost 0 offset. With the spacers I'm about 130-140mm (to outside edge of sidewalls) wider than a standard WT Zook.
NEVER had a drama with them.... Can't say they reduce bearing longevity that much as I'm still on the bearings I fitted before the spacers 18 months ago.
Width is an advantage but not really noticeable until angles get ridiculous.

i ran them on a nt for a while in 1.5 inch they were ok but a set of wide track diffs would be better i think.

Don't fool yourself mate....spacers are only slightly less $$ than WT diffs... IF you can mod them yourself..

I have spacers, got 15x8s with 28mm off set, still ground when turning real tight.

Want WT diffs, but as yet, have not found any, so put 38mm spacers on, sweet as now, and same track as a wt.

Still looking for wt diffs but.
