had a frien with a TD kit, wasn't happy with it. i'd go an OME kit with a body lift, should give you clearance for 31's as mine did. |

i just cant find any 1 that does a huge lift the same or bigger than TDog as a kit and i dont realy want to make one up out of a heap of different parts i also dont want to run just 31's i want heaps of articulation with 31 and if its an bag model i cant body lift it. |

there are manufacturers that will make a kit huge and not be fussed about handling etc and sell the kits based on the lift they give you. there are others who actually spend the time on r&d to try get a good compromise for all situations. the TD kit will not give you huge amounts of articulation, the only way of achieving that is to start modding things. |

My mate had a jim with 5 inch spring and 2 inch body on 31's, but it was made out of bits and pieces, dodgy shock mounts etc. not only did it ride like shit but was also highly illegal in the way it was carried out |

i found OME shocks too undervalved for 2" on a jimny i found 4" tough dog springs and rancho RS9000 shocks drove better and rolled around less than the 2"ome kit that i removed to fit this kit |

Do you have a Jimny Joe? Any pics? My 90mm lift rides quite well and also has quite reasonable articulation. I'm running TD shocks, and 40mm King springs with 50mm spacers. Seems to work well as an all round package. |
