Hi All, I have new regulator in, new bailey channel, no matter what I do I still cannot line it up correctly. I have done the drivers side and it is fine. Would it be possible to have a reject reg?? Any help would be great. Cheers Rusho |

I think it`s the front rail that the baily channel run`s in is adjustable, should be 1 or 2 10mm headed bolt`s that hold it in.. |

Pull the door trim off and check the metal channel that the bailey channel runs in. I have had a door before that has done the same thing because that metal channel has rusted at the top of the door and broken off. Easiest to replace the door if that's the case. But don't trash it, cut it down into a 1/2 door
