Im having major issues putting my front end back together.

I have tried 2 different knuckles, 4 different kingpin bearings and cannot get the stub axle to line up with the axle tube. No amount of shimming will even get it close, its out by around 5mm.

Is this because of a bent housing? The housing looks fine against a straight edge, do they bend right at the knuckle? Or am i missing something else.

Even if the housing IS bent, the knuckle should line up as the kingpins are right on the outer edge.

Are the Kingping bearing cones fully seated in the housing? No crap stopping them from fully seating?

And you haven't done something real :oops!: like putting the opposite side knuckle on upside down?
