Hey, im new here and looking at getting a suzuki sierra as my first 4wd and i just wanted to know of any common problemss they have or what to look for when buying one (other than rust )....... any help would be great

Thanks :)

ay Aaaron... i don't thnk you should buy it. You say it has everything needed? I don't believe it. Sounds like you aren't familiar with Sierras so i would avoid taking the project on (not being nasty at all). There's probably little things missing, and you'll end up with that car in your back yard and spending the next 6 months looking for parts, trying to get it finished, legal and registered.

Yeah like Steve says, don't buy it.................now exactly where is it ha ha....

But seriously mate if you are smart about it you will end up with a very cheap car after you put it together, keep some spares and sell all the rest. You may not know heaps now but you will be well on the way by the time it is finished. Also you should offer him $800.

Yeah i'd get it, espescially after looking at a sierra in a local yard for $2500 with rust dents and scratches all over it, smoky motor etc.

Chepa is the best cos if you pay heaps doesnt necessarily mean its going to be good!

Just my thoughts
