Just wondering how much wear is allowable on side gears for lock rights to operate correctly. It’s a bit worn and glazed on the right hand side of the teeth but the top and left sides still seem to be alright. Cheers Ryan |

No sure man, but i read on here somewhere that not using the couplings causes the lockrights to make more noise and wear out very fast |

Yeah I thought about getting a set of couplings for it but i haven't been able to find anywhere that sells the couplings without having to get them specially imported. |

If you have the lockers without the couplings then you can't just add the coupling as the locker halves are different. |

ahhhh.....true. Would I be better off looking around for a set of second hand side gears in better condition than mine are and using them or should I just stick mine in and hope for the best? |
