gday trying to get my door off my wt leafy. have taken glass and everything out now comes to the nut on the inside has been welded on, no luck with impact driver, any ideas? |

what if the are counter sunk and fluch with the hinge??, some douche did it to my 50 and cant get the bastards out!! |

you could try drilling them out and then welding nuts on to the bolt heads, had to do this yesterday to get the rusted bolts of a set of wt flares |

That sound like a pain! I am currently trying to take the B pillar off my thing all of those bolts are rusted in. Most have come out OK with the cold chisel method but I have one that has busted the captive nut off the body and the whole lot is just spinning. For the countersunk ones try putting a nut on top of the bolt and welding down inside the nut. It can be hard to get a good weld down inside there but the heat of the weld should help release the bolt. |

i just removed the bolts from my windscreen surround, had to drill out the heads and remove the screen assembly then place a nut on the cut off bolt and weld inside, i have a feeling im about to do the same again on the door hinges. have fun |
