does anyone know if the leaf springs are different between the swb, lwb and utes? I've got a ute with sagged springs (and rusted cab) and a swb rolling chassis with near new 2"lifted springs that I want to put onto the ute. A quick measure tells me that they're at least close if not the same, but has anyone tried the swap? Or maybe just know? I didn't want to go to the trouble of pulling the diffs etc out if they're not going to fit. |

they will bolt in, but are not the same. the lwb has a higher gvm, therefore the rear springs are different with a rate to suit the lwb. |

thanks fellas. I was going to remove a leaf from each pack anyway to increase flex so maybe the 2" lifted swb springs will be just the ticket on the ute. |
