just wondering what benefits you get out of the kit or if it makes the zook more capable?? cheers.... |

Spend the coin on a locker or a nice set of tire's. thay seem to reduce approach angle's by a great deal, so less capable. |

yer, i don't know how much they cost, but i think you'd be mucking around alot to make a 1% difference in capability, a bit like extractors/RUF/widetrack diff conversions etc if you want to make a difference do something big, like crawlers, diff locks, mud tyres |

Yeah the plan is to one day save a lot of $$ and just do a heap of upgrades to make it a machine. so just getting prices on everything i would want to see what i am in for The kit was about $500 from snake racing. all well thanks for quick answers guys |

everything is worth a look nick, i'd just want to really research how much improvement you're getting before handing over the money. I'm sure the kit is good quality though. i guess it also depends what you want to achieve... what kind of machine do you want? rock crawling type of thing? |

everywhere i have read, people say the shackle reversal improves ride comfort and stability- i just bought the kit and will be installing it when it arrives in a week or so... so i'll let you all know. |

a good aftermarket suspension will do the same, and you won't tell the difference. it does nothing more for stabilaty than a norman aftermarket kit. it will use all you're slip joint, maybe leading to it falling out, it will point the pinion away from the t/case during cycling leading to bindind, and has the potential to understeer. too many cons not enough pro's. |
