my front diff has been leaking oil for a while so i redid it all, then drove about 3km and its leaking again? the iner seal the small black one is the one that leaks, the old seal wore on both side but the top and bottom where fine. so dont think it is the housing bent, what would cause this the brash bush looking thing under the stub axel worn out mayb?

Did you use genuine suzuki seals?

I used the ebay ones and one started leaking within a week. Replaced with genuine ones and been good for ages 8)

the shaft looks fine and the seals r from bersons, it is wereing the seal out on the front and back not the top or bottom like a bent housing, any idea what could cause this?

Meant to look pitted, hold's grease in where it's needed.

Mate, it really dose sound like a bent housing.
Didn't you just do a W/t conversion?

That'll work, look for dint's to, like accident damage, could of had a hit in the front.( the car the diff's come out of)
Sound's like it's bent front to back not up & down.
