Is there a specified placement of the cat if I was to instal it myself. I know it has to go up the front but is there a certain distance it has to be from the engine/before the muffler? Nik |

Not sure if there is a specified distance, but if its too far away from youre engine, it wont get hot enough and therefore wont do its job, which will then screw you if youre ever tested for emissions. |

Pretty much as soon as the headers finish and the main pipe starts being horizontal. |
