Hi all, I am new to this site but need some info. I have a 1992 Sierra with springs, I am rebuilding the transfer case with the assistance of a mechanic.
I have found the bearings and seal kit on line and have ordered it but am having some trouble in finding one of the internal parts. It is a sleeve or spacer that was pressed onto one of the shafts, it was up against one of the bearings. I was wondering if firstly anybody knows what it is called so when I ask about it people know what I am talking about and secondly where I can buy one. I am in Brisbane but am happy to buy online. Any help would be great.

In the following pic, the Suzuki part numbers for the spacers are:
12. Spacer 29962-80050
23. Washer 29959-80050
31. Retainer, Output 29143-80050
Numbers 5 and 30 are Shims for adjusting end play, part numbers vary according to thickness reqd.

Thanks for the image and the item numbers. No we had to use a press to push it off to get one of the bearings off and the guy who was helping me do it said that it would be a good idea to replace it if I can find it. From the exploded view I think it is number 31 (Retainer, Output).
So if anybody knows where I can get any parts like this please let me know. Thanks.

I have reused them thousand's of time's, unless you damaged it you should be fine.
