Post subject:  Leaky front....axle seal?

Hey all.just been under my zook having a look around as i havent driven it for a few weeks.I have new axle seals to put in the rear as they slightly leak but now am also finding that the front left is leaking.I guess its the axle seal?its leaking down the backing plate then dripping onto the rim and also building up around bottom kingpin.

Make sense?also can people tell me if its easy or hard bla bla i put new swivel seals on last year but no axle seals. Thanks a heap

pretty easy...if you are capable of swivel seals you should be right to do axle seals.

One per side, & yer thay would of been in the box the hub seal's came in.
Make sure you clean out the hub & Cv again & put new grease in, diff oil & grease don't work as well mixed.

For me 45min's per side with a coffie brake.

Give your self a few hr's, cleaning is the worst part, some time's the seal doesn't want to play the game so take you time & don't get angry with it, it's not it's fault.
