Anyone had issues, I've rebuilt the whole knuckle joint and now have a couple of issues. CV's don't fit through the knuckle, knuckle sits low on the diff housing ie possible king pin installation issue.

I have seen some CV installs where you have to ground inside the housing with a die grinder to clearance the CV bell in there. |

Did you have the same amount of shims top and bottom? Did the bearing races fit in tight (bottom out)? Where do the cv's foul? |

Think I might ask you the question, thought you did them. CV fouls on the knuckle but if it did make it through will definately foul on the ball part of the housing. Will that part cause an issue once I remove the knuckle to get the CV in and it's fitted. |

Standard CV's will fit through the knuckle but HEAVY DUTY 26 spline CV's are larger diameter and must be fitted before the swivel hub. |

Given how much work you have to do to fit them they better live up to the reputation. |
