GTI motor??

on drivers side of thermistat housing..

thats also earth..

the plug to the dash should be up beside your inlet manifold.. in the loom to the carbi

Its is between the dizzy and thermostat housing, might be hard to get to now

yeap.. u will need to lean down on the pasingers side... it took me about 10min to get mine on yesterday
