Hi Fellas I am chasing an exhaust gasket for my Suzuki G16B engine. Autobarn checked 5 gasket books but no joy. The gasket in question is the first joint from the manifold. I have added an image to help ID it. Has anyone obtained one of these from somewhere before? If all else fails what have ppl used to make their own exhaust gaskets? Thanks in advanced HR |

I think i've got one in the shed. I'll check when I get home. Worst case any exhaust shop with source one for you (if they don't have it on the shelf already). |

Before I fitted extractors, I got one from Ripco but it needed the outside 2 bolt holes enlarged a little bit. Just ask for a flange gasket for a 94 Vitara G16B. |

Yep I have got one kicking around in the shed somewhere for the same reason. It's up for grabs if you need it. |

It's an exhaust flange gasket...Tinfoil stuff.. I've never seen sheets or rolls of that stuff for sale anywhere. |

Auto one up at Toronto used to sell it in a sheet... Just place it over the flange, tap around the edge with a hammer and cut it out. |
