| Post subject: | T-Case help! |
I've just finished putting my spare case back together with my 4.16 gears in it and I've hit a bit of a hurdle... I decided to give it a trial run in the back yard before swapping the cases over, everything spins fine, it shifts between 4-Lo and 4-Hi no dramas, but I can't get it to shift into 2-Hi.. Any ideas?? I really want the gears in for the weekend! |

I assume that the two cut-outs in the shafts need to be together, is that right? I may have to leave it til morning now... But I'll give it a try.... Any other suggestions just in case it isn't that? |

Nahh mate Just Cruizin hit it spot on. You have it out of sink. pull the shifter out use a screw drive to make the gates both lined up at the engine end of the hole. Put the shifter back in and away you go. |
