I'm looking at buying one of these http://cgi.ebay.com.au/Alpine-iDA-X305- ... 414bf5fe8d for the wife's 95 Vitara.

Does anybody know how much work's involved in fitting it, in regards to what cables I'd need etc. It currently has the genuine Suzuki tapedeck, if that helps.

No harder than any other aftermarket stereo. You can get adaptor cables to suit so there is no cutting involved also.

i hope you've got a good car alarm & it's not a soft top... cause there are people out there who can un~install a car stereo in the dark quicker than what you can install them....

It should come with a plug in loom anyhow...just ask them. Nice looking unit to

would fit in piss easy, would also come out piss easy if your wife has a soft top, id pick up a less flashy looking one if your missus has a soft top
