Just iN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS
Hello up for sale is the perfect kids toy, a fully decked out custom built cubby house. Being a qualified carpenter this cubby house will live out your kids till they become teenagers.
It was all professionally built, with treated pine floor framing, so moisture and ground contact will not affect it at all. Its then got a exterior grade pine plywood floor, mgp12 70x 35 wall framing and pitched roof. Used old hardwood weatherboard cladding (very strong and robust), brand new roofing iron, treated pine decking, recycled hardwood framing deck posts/rails that have been machined up to look like new, Pine barn door, with double hung windows. Huge double window/french door.
The cubby house is quite large, to allow for adults to get in there and have some fun aswell, its about 2.4m long, 1.6m wide with a 800mm wide deck thats the length of the cubby house. Inside it has a great loft bunk/bed also made out of old machined hardwood that is very solid. Also a hardwood timber ladder. It also has electricity hooked up by a lisensed sparky, its caravan style, u just plug a lead into the back of the cubby and that goes through a breaker switch. Its got 2 front porch lights that have coloured bulbs, an interior spotlight/light and 3 switches/powerpoints.
THIS IS THE PERFECT XMAS PRESENT
There is also a heap of cubby furniture in there aswell. You really have to inspect to get an idea on how great this cubby house is.
I can assist in removal and dismantling the cubby, that can be negotiated upon sale.
Price is $2000 however im very negotiable, i can assist in removal and reinstalltion but that will be for a solid $2000

If you put a roller door on you could park a zook in it.

well ya c u know when u have kids and u buy them a sick as toy then they play with it for a day then the next day a bike (huffy slider) that i found in the skip is way more interesting.Anyone who has a kid will understand, hes lost interest it and if i get some coin for it i can throw it at the zook. He never really plays in it, and i guess truthfully i built it to live out my childhood fantasy lol. Plus we are thinking bout moving and it will prolly take a couple of months to sell this badboy
