The list of mods. have all only just been fitted or add in the last 3 months. I haven't even had it off road to try any of them. However it is a daily drive and other then the clutch 3 weeks ago it has never let me down. I have receipt for mods and also still have factor tyres/rims and shackles. It's a regretful sale but everything is already done on it weather you want to do 100 Km/h on the highway or if you want to hit the beach or bush.
Any Questions please phone Rick on 0457714049.

are you saying that you have a mod plate for extended shackles in your add? - also did you get the road worthy with the extended shackles on, and the 30s on it?

Yes the Mod. plate covers the extended shackles/body lift and therefore passed R.W.C. with them fitted. As I stated in my add I still have the factory tires and rims which I put on for the R.W.C.

hate to burst your bubble, but extended shackles are illegal, (can;t be mod plated.)
also body lifts cannot be mod plated in QLD, they are DOT approved which is seperate. i will assume thats what you mean

You guy can have any opinion you like, however there is nothing dodgy about it. After my first R.W.C attempt 2 weeks ago it failed because of the after market seats, body lift, roll bar and tires. So over the last two weeks I have spent over $500 and endless hours chase tale my trying to get it sorted. I ended up having a authorized officer for Queensland transport/modification plates show up and said the roll bar need padding at head height, the seats were to Australian standed and because I use factory bolt holes there was no issue. I then question him about the body lift and extended shackles and his reply was that a plate for body lift is no different then sending away to QLD transport for a letter of approval and that you are allowed to lift your suspension 2" and because I still have factory springs and shocks my lift is in my Shackle. so I've done the wright thing and spent a lot of money and had it plated and finely sorted out that it passed R.W.C today with factory tires/rims. I don't work for QLD transport and I've done the right thing for myself and the new purchaser and have followed all the guide lines I was given and advised on. And do not appreciate your negative comments on this page that I'm trying to sell my vehicle on.

any prospective purchaser should be made aware of the rules and the ins and outs.
the comments are not negative, but truthful.
im sorry that you found them offencive, but the fact remains that, the mod plate for the extended shackles isnt worth the alloy its made from as it clearly states in the rules that they are illegal.
the body lift i will take your word for, even though i know for a fact thats not how it works

You previous comments have offended me and your apology means nothing if you continue to give your unwelcome opinion and unless you interested in purchasing the vehicle please keep any further comments/opinion to yourself. I'm guessing you are not a authorized transport officer as you are unsure yourself in your comments and you are creating a problem where there isn't one. After this experience I'll will never use this forum again.
If there is an interest in the vehicle after all this please phone me on the mobile number provided in the add as I'm over this and will no longer be logging on to this site.

...i dont see how what he said was offensive, but even if it was, how can you judge an entire forum on a single person?
my take on what was said was that as far as the laws concerned they couldnt be mod-plated (as many people have probably found the hard way), f you've had them mod plated, then thats great, obviously you've succeeded where many others have failed...
regardless, looks like a nice little rig, best of luck with the sale
