Health and back issues means a need for an auto, and less garage works.
Maintaining and driving a hard core car is starting to hurt.
I'm heading towards touring now.
So I am chasing a Vitara LWB.
(found a good one, just got to scrape up the bucks)

Not intending to sell the Tadpole at this stage, but is a possibility in future, if I get a good offer.

You are very right and thanks.
The Vit won't be too soft, though, it will be locked and lifted, but more bolt on, than built.

Yes, I'd like to see it go to a good home, too, where it will be abused properly :D

Will do.

I expect to lose money on the Frog, but as long as I get enough to get the Vit, I'll be happy.

It is all unboltable, except the chassis mounting for the steering box.
It is multi V belt driven.
I used a swift water pump, and a Barina double pulley for the crank pulley.
Allowing for keeping of multi V on falcon alternator.
The decision on wrecking will depend on what interest I get, I guess.

One door is rusty near sill, but has had a dodgy home repair done.
Showing signs of rust near door hinge on door.
A rust hole in panel near door, on other side.
Windscreen still looks perfectly rust free,
rest of body only appears to have surface rust on some of the dents.
Body is rough, though.
christover

No chassis rust at all.

I understand. I can't buy a new car, till I sell the old one first.

I assume you mean the bonnet.
As You can see, it has 2 bits cut out where rock lights were,
and it has racing style bonnet latches fitted, which are included.
Apart from that is in good condition, but needs a polish :)

I'm in Melbourne and freight charges may not be worth it for you.
But I only want $40 for it.

PS. It is a 1.0 litre Bonnet, so probably no good for a 1.3,
unless You have a body lift
