OZ Trail Elite Villa 9 Tent

I have included a link to the instruction manual below.
Included is also a picture of what it looks like, but as I said it has never been put up, still has original repair kit and instruction manual.
Comes in a heavy duty bag that actually fits the tent! I unfolded and aired the tent out last weekend to make sure it was still in perfect nick, no mould or UV damage.
Sold originally for around ~$500
