Got some 16x7 black steel rims to suit a sierra or a Vitara. offset is wrong to fit 5dr GV

They are basically new and still in the boxes. tyres have been fitted and the wheel weights have left minor marks .

$400.

pick up from Dandenong north.

interstate buyers to arrange own courier

what IS the offset?

I assume they hit the calipers? If this is the case they won't fit the SV series either.

GV is +5, but it's not just the offset you have to worry about, it's the profile of the centre as well.

the profile of the rim stud face is ok its just the curve of the rim that touches the caliper. it misses out on fitting by 10mm. With a 0 or +5 offset it would fit no probs. Other option is to get some wheel spacers but i dont want to do that.

I did the same thing, bought F100 wheels to find out I needed wheel spacers.
I tried to have wheels made, but no one was interested in making them.

Broke both the cv's too, just climbing a very simple hill that I've been up several times before.

Really? was it because the wheel centre was too ' flat'? ( if you get what I mean :? )

Negative ghost rider.

That requires some expensive and specialized equipment that I do not have.

PM joeblow. He has the gear and smarts to make them though.
