Hi guys and gals. Selling my EP71 starlet. I have been working on this for years... I'll put all the details below. 1989 ep71 toyota starlet. Engine: > 4E-FTE conversion from an EP82 GT >Freshly reconditioned ported and polished head with 3 angle valve grind. >5E_FHE higher lift cams >stock bottom end with 80000ks on it. >Thick walled stainless steel turbo manifold. >Td04 turbo (from a WRX). >3 inch split dump pipe to 3 inch exhaust. >Welded breathers into cam cover (connected to inlet creating a vacuum in the crankcase under boost. >Tig welded 2.5 inch aluminium intercooler piping with the shortest possible root and a large but thin front mount cooler. > Aluminium radiator and mounts welded to suit (aftermarket option for a civic). Engine Management > Haltech E6x ECU > 4 coil set up strait from ECU (as opposed to the distributer setup). Handling > EP82 GT JIC adjustable hight and camber coilovers. > EP82 GT steering rack. > Deep dish steering wheel giving a better driving position. > Whiteline anti lift kit, > Front 4 point ultra racing under body brace, > Rear strut brace (just a cheapy) > Front strut brace off an EP82 GT > All polyeurothane bushes. Exterior > Decent condition gunmetal grey paint. Faded in spots on the roof and bonnet. > Front bar modified for intercooler > Tinted Sun roof and windows. Wheels > ROH adrenaline wheels in not so good rubber (needs new tires soon) Interior > Stripped out rear (though I still have all parts to go with the car). > front is standard > Apexi boost gauge on dash (not a stupidly big one). That is all I can remember right now but I have almost certainly forgotten some things. As you can see it is obviously set up to be pretty quick... I will try and get some pics up tomorrow when I am home. Price is 2500 negotiable. The car has yet to be tuned properly and so is only running on a base map. It will also be sold unregistered as it really needs a tune before you have it on the road. Dan - 0421387892 |

Will get them up tomorrow when I am home Some things I forgot... > 2.5inch Aluminium intake piping with K&N filter > 5E-FHE intake manifold. Has a larger plenum, internal bellmouths as well as duel length runners making the best of both long and short runners at different parts of the rev range (triggered by vacuum). > Turbosmart 'stealth' plumback blow off valve. It is currently just venting to atmosphere but would be easy to plumb it back. |
