If you gave then the correct model details and they made the mistake they are legally obliged to change it as it is not fit forthe purpose it was purchased for |

be very very polite, plant you case with the front desk kid. If he says no, say I beleive I'm well within my rights, can we see if the manager agree's. Politely insist to speak to the manager.. Again state your case. If he says no, again mention that they provided you with the wrong product and that you are entitled to exchange it for the right one.... if He says no ask for the regional state managers number. And politely ask for an exchange. If he says no, say I beleive it is law, and you will be in touch with fair tading to confirm. ALL POLITELY!! being firm is ok. raise your voice you wont get squat.
