Bit of a long shot selling here but it's worth a try :)

I'm selling a 1980 Datsun Sunny
Has the standard 1200 motor, weber carby, 'lumpy' cam, extractors, 1 3/4" exhaust with a 'cannon' style muffler.
5 speed not sure what it's out of (originally 4speed?)
Has been lowered and stiffened, corners nicely
'Jellybean' alloys 14x6, will need new tyres
Has rust around the rear window (see pics)
Rear door handles have been shaved
CD player, needs new speakers, wiring layed out for amps etc in the rear.
Monza wooden steering wheel.
Needs new brakes, steering box needs a rebuild (has lots of play), tyres, most of the interior needs to be retrimmed and could do with a paint job.
Would make an awesome speedway build or restoration.

Can see running, test drive if you're willing to take the risk (unregistered)

I'm located at Jimboomba, SE Qld
Asking around $500 ono
Contact me here

Cheers, Corey :P

ahhhh... this brings back memories of the sunny me and a couple of mates threw a ca18det out of a 180sx.. it was a lot of fun to drive..

rattle can sprayjob.. was awesome.. and road registered..

from memory was doing high 12 second passes down the quarter running stock boost. problem was traction.. or lack of it.

You know the gearbox is worth at least $400 cause a 5 speed to go behind an 'A' series motor are pretty rare.

You could part it out or take the good bits off and make a paddock thrasher and sell all the extra bits for more than you paid for the car.

I honestly have no idea TZAR, not really into Datsuns and haven't done much research on it. I'm not the owner of the car but the owner has told me if I don't want it, sell it and give them a cut so that's what I'm doing :P
